David C. Bruffett Jr.

Mr. Bruffett defends individuals charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses, including white-collar crimes, in both New York State and Federal courts. David also represents those individuals who have been charged with Driving While Intoxicated related matters and other violations of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Mr. Bruffett served as an Onondaga County Assistant District Attorney in the Special Victims Unit and a Renssalaer County Assistant District Attorney in the Major Crimes Unit. Mr. Bruffett was elected in 2012 to a four-year term as Cicero Town Judge.

Mr. Bruffett has been published in the area of DWI Defense in the volume "Strategies for Defending DWI Cases in New York" by Aspatore Books. He is currently working on his chapter in the next edition. 

Ralph Habib

Mr. Habib has practiced criminal law for his entire career spanning 18 years.  As an Assistant District Attorney in Onondaga County for eight years, Mr. Habib prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, DWIs and all level narcotics cases.

For the last ten years, Mr. Habib has provided top quality criminal defense to hundreds of criminal defendants in New York. Over the years Mr. Habib has handled high profile cases involving defendants accused of various Penal Law and Vehicular Law  offenses. His extensive training and experience as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney ensures that your legal interests will be served.

Seth M. Azria

Seth Azria was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. He has defended thousand of drivers in courts all over New York State and is a member of the New York Appellate Division Fourth Department's assigned criminal appeals panel. Seth is admitted to the practice of law in New York, Florida, and Georgia.

Seth earned his JD, magna cum laude, from New York Law School. where he was an Associate Editor on the Law Review and intern at the New York Attorney General's Office in the Manhattan Criminal Prosecutions Bureau.
